Subscription and Payment Terms

All subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We may change our pricing structure with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will not affect current subscription periods but will apply to subsequent renewal periods.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.

We offer a seven-day free trial for new subscribers to our premium services. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee and your paid subscription will commence.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of Miravox, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and meal planning algorithms, are owned by Miravox and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our services for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from our platform without our express written permission.

When you submit content to our platform, including posts in community areas, feedback, or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with our services.

You retain ownership of any personal information and health data you provide, but grant us the right to process this information as described in our Privacy Policy to provide our services to you effectively.

Limitation of Liability
